Tracks of Change

Partner with us

Back practical local action, and see where it lands.

Businesses, schools, councils and community groups all help make this work possible. Whether that is an ongoing partnership, sponsoring one project or sending a team out for a morning, there is a way in.

Ways to partner with us.

Most partnerships start as a conversation rather than a proposal document. Here is the shape they usually take.

Ongoing business partnerships

A longer-term arrangement with a local or national business. Regular support, a share of sales, or backing a particular area of the work across the year.

Event, project and program sponsorship

Put your name behind one thing and see exactly where it lands. A cleanup, a planting day, a community event or one of the Beautifying Locally Tracks.

Workplace volunteering and team days

Bring your team out for a morning. We handle the site, the gear and the briefing, and your people go home having visibly improved one spot.

Equipment, materials and services

Gloves, bags, grabbers, hi-vis, plants, mulch, signage, printing, freight or storage. Professional services like design, legal, accounting or trades help just as much.

Schools and education

Hands-on projects that connect students with their local environment, run alongside our education work and the school holidays calendar.

Councils and community groups

Joint projects on shared land, service clubs, sporting clubs and community organisations working with us on practical improvements across the region.

What you can expect from us.

We are a small, hands-on charity, so partnerships here are close to the ground. You will know the people doing the work, you will see where your support went, and you will get told if something does not go to plan.

  • A registered Australian charity with DGR endorsement, so eligible gifts of $2 or more are tax deductible.
  • Support that stays local and visible, in the towns your customers and staff live in.
  • Photos, numbers and a short wrap-up after each project you back.
  • Recognition on this page and in our updates, with your sign-off on how you are credited.
  • A real say in what your support goes toward, rather than a general pool.
  • A contact who answers, and an arrangement written down so everyone knows where they stand.

Local support is what turns a plan into a morning's work.

Gear, plants, a venue, a team of hands or a few dollars from every sale. Every one of them shortens the gap between an idea and a patch of ground that looks after itself.

Propose a partnership.

Tell us what you have in mind, or ask us what would help most right now. Either way we will reply.

The business, school, council or group you are enquiring on behalf of.

Even a rough idea is enough. Timing, budget or the kind of support you can offer all help us reply properly.

What happens next

  1. 1We read every proposal and reply by email.
  2. 2A short chat about what you have in mind and what would actually help.
  3. 3We agree the details in writing before anything is announced.

Not ready for a partnership yet?

One-off and regular donations fund the same gear, plants and running costs that partnerships do.
